TheTreeApp South Africa is a multimedia product and the programs and all the data, artwork and maps that it contains are protected by international copyright. Except as specifically permitted under the Licence Agreement and as provided in the instructions for use of this product, the programs are for personal use only and no part of the multimedia product may be copied or reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means. Any form of reverse engineering or data extraction of all or any part of this multimedia product constitutes an infringement of copyright which is a criminal offense in addition to being actionable by High Branching Pty (Ltd). License Agreement

By using this product, you agree that this multimedia product and the programs and intellectual material it contains are licensed to you for use by a single user on a tablet or phone; that the multimedia product and/or the programs and intellectual material it contains will not be installed or used on multiple devices; that you will not disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise above the intended purpose of this Licence Agreement and that you accept the above copyright statement.

Warranty

No warranty or acceptance of liability of any kind, whether expressed or implied, is offered, included or intended with the sale, purchase and use of this multimedia product and the programs and material it contains. You install and use the multimedia product and the programs and the intellectual material contained herein at your own risk and no liability is accepted for any perceived, possible or actual damage arising or apparently arising out of the installation or use of this multi-media product.

Indemnity

Whilst every effort is made to ascertain the accuracy of all data, no liability is accepted for the factual accuracy of the data contained in this multimedia product. High Branching Pty (Ltd) will not be responsible for any loss, harm or damage whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, suffered by any person and arising from any cause in connection with the use of this multimedia product, any action taken or not taken on the basis of information contained in the multimedia product or the use of any of the programs and material it contains, whether or not such loss, harm or damage results from delict, negligence of any degree or any other cause without limitation, and, by choosing to proceed with this installation and use of the product, you hereby indemnify High Branching Pty (Ltd) accordingly and hold them harmless against any of the claims outlined in this paragraph or from any other claims howsoever arising.
